Melumé Balmy Oily Milky Cleanser is a balm-to-oil-to-milk cleanser formulated for all skin types, especially dry, sensitive, and dehydrated skin looking for a gentle but thorough cleanse. Massaged onto dry skin it melts from a balm into a silky oil, dissolving makeup, SPF, and the day’s buildup on contact, then transforms into a milky emulsion the moment water is added, rinsing away clean without any tight, stripped feeling.
